My insurance company says you are not a provider for my plan, how will this affect my benefit?

Currently we are not providers for any particular insurance plan. This does not mean we don’t accept your insurance. The insurance company will often reimburse slightly less for seeing a specialist who is not a provider for their plan. This typically can lower the reimbursement by 2-5%. We are still able to file your claim for you and work closely with your insurance company to ensure you receive your maximum benefit.

If you have Delta Dental or Anthem Federal Employee's Plan as your insurance provider they will not send payments to us and will send the payment directly to you. We ask payment be made in full at the time of the procedure in cases when Delta Dental or Anthem Federal Employee's Plan is the provider.
